Because our services are delivered instantly and digitally upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of online subscription platforms. However, we believe in being fair and reasonable, and we assess all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

  1. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual). All subscriptions provide immediate access to premium features upon purchase.

 

  1. Refund Eligibility

3.1 – 7-Day Satisfaction Window

If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that:

  • This is your first-time purchase of the subscription.
  • You have not used more than a reasonable portion of the premium features (e.g., more than 20 messages sent or 10 profile views unlocked).
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
  • You contact our support team at support@gushoflove.com within the 7-day window.

 

3.2 – Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless:

  • You did not receive notice of the upcoming renewal (technical error on our end).
  • You cancelled before the renewal date but were charged due to a billing error.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and have not used any premium features in the new billing period.

 

3.3 – Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You simply change your mind after the 7-day satisfaction window.
  • You found a match or connection and no longer need the service.
  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal.
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • You purchased a promotional, discounted, or trial subscription (unless otherwise stated).
  • Partial refunds for unused days in a billing period (except where required by law).

 

  1. Promotions & Trial Offers

From time to time, Gush Of Love may offer free trials or discounted introductory rates. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional subscriptions are non-refundable once the trial period has ended and a paid subscription has begun. Users are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends to avoid charges.

 

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@gushoflove.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  • Include your registered email address, your subscription plan, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings under “Manage Subscription,” or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

 

  1. Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
